Training
program
If
you would like to keep up your volleyball skills up in the
off season, but cannot commit to a full season, we have
just the thing for you. Our training program consist of 2
practice per week from Mid-Nov through March. There are no
Tournaments. Practice sessions are 1.5 hour sessions.
Practices will be held twice per week on Sundays and Wednesdays
and will be located at Westview MS near Parmer and
Mopac. The
fee for the Training program is $600. Spaces are
limited to 50 participants and fill up very quicky. We will begin
taking registrations on Aug 1st. Spaces are on a first
come first serve basis so please get your forms in early. If you are
interested in the Training Program simply fill out the Training
Program/Waiver Release Form and send it in with a
check to the address below. Due to high volume of calls our deadline has been extended to Nov 5, 2011.

Tryouts
Print, fill out, and bring the
2011-2012 Tryout / Waiver Release Form to tryout with $35 Tryout Fee on day of tryout (Non-Refundable) or $25 Tryout Fee if Mailed: (Must be received at least 48
hours in advance of tryout)

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tryout time to register, get your tryout number, stretch, and be ready to begin on time. Make sure to indicate which team you will be trying out
for as well as position.
- Tryouts will consist of various testing in the first 30 minutes (height, reach, block jump, approach jump, timed sprint and other agility drills). Next will be a 30 minutes skills session, and following the skills session will be
30-45 minutes of competitive drills and scrimmaging.
- During the last 30 minutes of evaluation a list will be posted for those players who have been offered a spot on a team as well as any alternates.
- If a player decides to accept a position on the team please be prepared to leave a non-refundable deposit of $500 for the
14s,15s and 16s team, $400 for 13s team at the tryouts. If you choose not to accept your position
your spot will be offered to the alternates.
- There will be a brief meeting after tryouts for players and parents regarding Player/Parent meeting and season information.
- Tryout form completely filled out.
- Tryout fee of $35 at the door or Tryout fee may be mailed in advance with the Tryout form for $25. Forms must be received 2 days before tryouts.

Payment schedule
12s- Total fees are $1200. A
nonrefundable deposit of $400 is due upon accepting
a position on the team. Then payments are as follows: No
Oct Payment, Nov $400, Dec$400
13s- Total fees are $1475. A nonrefundable
deposit of $400 is due upon accepting a position on
the team at tryouts in Aug. Then payment are as follows:
Sept $400, Oct no payment, Nov $400, Dec $275.
14s,15s, and 16s- Total Fees are $1825. A nonrefundable
deposit of $500 is due upon accepting a position on
the team at the tryouts in Aug. Then payments are as
follows: Sept $500, no Oct payment, Nov $500, and Dec$325.
Payments can be made in Cash, Check, Money Order, and
also online Credit Card through Paypal. There is a 3%
service charge for using Paypal.
